This document sets forth the general terms and conditions for receiving semantic core architecture and SEO modelling services from our team in South Africa.

• Client: The contracting legal entity or individual requesting SEO strategy, keyword research, or semantic architecture services.
• Services: Any project, audit, or advisory relating to search engine optimisation, keyword models, or digital architecture mapping.
• Deliverables: Documentation, reports, maps, or recommendations created and provided under your engagement.
• Consultant: Our entity, representatives, or subcontractors providing the agreed services.

Service Usage

Services are provided on a project basis, and outcomes may depend on information supplied and external variables. All activities are advisory unless stated otherwise.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have capacity to enter binding agreements on behalf of the client if applicable.

Minors are not permitted to engage services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients need to supply accurate, timely information for effective results.

• Provide timely, complete data for project scoping, research, and reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date contact information for communication.
• Promptly review and respond to deliverables, clarifications, or feedback requests.
• Raise concerns early to allow for adjustment where possible.

Prohibited Uses

The following uses or conduct are not permitted:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, resell, or copy proprietary models or deliverables.
• Providing misleading or fraudulent information during onboarding.
• Disseminating unlawful, malicious, or confidential client data outside intended channels.
• Bypassing security controls, or attempting unauthorised platform access.
• Using the service to collect competitor data for non-permitted resale or benchmarking.

Intellectual Property

Copyright for all models, documents, reports, and mappings remains with the consultant until final payment, except where otherwise specified. Client is granted a license to use deliverables for stated purposes once all obligations are met.

Client Content

You retain rights to your original data and content provided for project purposes.

Privacy and Data Policy

General Disclaimer

These services are provided on an advisory basis, without guaranteeing specific results, and are subject to legal disclaimers shown on our website.

Limitation of Liability

Neither the consultant nor its affiliates will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using these services or deliverables.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify the consultant for claims or liabilities arising from misuse or unauthorised sharing of reports or confidential models.

Dispute Resolution and Law

Any dispute will be discussed in good faith to reach resolution before formal action.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

South African law governs these terms. Venue and choice of law are South Africa unless otherwise agreed.

Termination

Either party may terminate if responsibilities or agreements are materially breached with appropriate written notice.

Modifications

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use post-update is your acceptance of the revised terms.

Severability

If any part is held invalid, other provisions will remain enforceable to the maximum extent permitted.

These terms represent the full agreement between the client and consultant regarding the services provided.
